TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 177 OF 2023 By Rose Vuhia Majanga, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Laban Makaya Kioso alias Makaya Choso alias Makaya Chosho, who died at Chambiti Sub- location, on 26th September, 1991. CAUSE NO. E210 OF 2023 By Mable Aseyo Legekis, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shadrack Legekis, who died at Vihiga, on 1st February, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
