Box 29, Kiminini in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nelson Ambundo Amanya, who died at District Hospital, Webuye in Kenya, on 7th July, 2010. CAUSE NO. 43 OF 2023 By Carolyne Avisa Kevogo, of P.O. Box 367, Turbo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Kewoko Waswani, who died at Munyuki Sub-location, on 17th January, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
