E19 OF 2023 By (1) Irene Mumbua Kioko and (2) Shekinah Wandia Kioko, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Kioko Mutinda, who died at Machakos Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 20th July, 2021. CAUSE NO. 24 OF 2023 By Esther Ndindi Munyao, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Munyao, who died at Mang’elete, on 7th December, 2017. E29 OF 2023 By (1) Christine Kamanthe Wambua, (2) Musyoki Kilungulu and (3) Matolo Kilungulu, the deceased’s daughter and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kilungulu Ngao Mavovo, who died at Kakili, on 20th May, 2002. CAUSE NO. 31 OF 2023 By (1) Mutuku Ngumbi and (2) Raphael Musyoka Ngumbi, the deceased’s son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngumbi Umoa Ngusu, who died at Nairobi Women’s Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd March, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
