TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2023 By (1) Reginah Mbithuka and (2) Jacob Mutisya Mbithuka, the deceased’s widow and son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbithuka Nyamai, who died at Mwala, on 23rd August, 2004. 25th August, 2023 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2023 By Hadija Saidiu, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sahinafu Ndovi Nzioki, who died at Kandae, on 8th September, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
