TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 32 OF 2023 By Monthe Mbita Mbungulu, of P.O. Box 435–90100, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kalinda Mbita Mbungulu, who died at Wanzauni, on 19th February, 2018. CAUSE NO. 33 OF 2023 By (1) David Mutava Kembu and (2) Christopher Maundu Kitothya, both of P.O. Box 435–90100, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Syotutu Kembu, who died at Iiani, on 12th April, 1993. CAUSE NO. 34 OF 2023 By (1) Rosemary Kativi Mutungi and (2) Kiilu Peter Mutungi, both of P.O. Box 435–90100, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dominic Kiilu Mutungi, who died at Machakos Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 20th March, 2021. CAUSE NO. 35 OF 2023 By (1) Benjamin Makau Matheka and (2) Bernard Mutua Matheka, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Matheka Mui, who died at Machakos Hospital in Kenya, on 10th June, 2003.
