TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 30 OF 2023 By Mauluko Ngunzi, of P.O. Box 1–90133, Tawa in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngunzi Uvyu, who died at Kiambwa, on 21st February, 2006. CAUSE NO. 31 OF 2023 By (1) Alice Muoti Mulwa and (2) Mwanzia Ivuthi, both of P.O. Box 44–90133, Tawa in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nzula Ivuthi, who died at Kalawani Sub-location, on 10th April, 1984. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
