TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 14 OF 2023 By B. P. Moses Ngugi Mwangi, of P.O. Box 421, Ol Kalou in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kesia Nyambura Karungii alias Kesia Nyambura Karugi, who died at J.M. Kariuki Hospital in Kenya, on 9th December, 2017. CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2023 By Caroline Wothaya Kamotho, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kamotho Nderitu alias John Kamotho Ndiritu, who died at Gitei Sub-location, on 19th March, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
