TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 110 OF 2023 By (1) Beth Muthoni Mwangi and (2) Margaret Wangare Mwangi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi Ndirangu, who died at Gikarangu, on 19th October, 1986. CAUSE NO. 145 OF 2022 By Daniel Njoroge Waweru, of P.O. Box 104, Kigumo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Waweru Njuguna alias Waweru Githuku, who died on 16th July, 2000. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
