E231 OF 2023 By George Ouma Obura, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Anyango Osongo, who died at at Kalanya, Kanyago, on 4th April, 2002. CAUSE NO. E240 OF 2023 By Joel Ojwang Muga, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muga Oindo, who died at Kotieno, on 25th August, 1978. CAUSE NO. E242 OF 2023 By (1) Nurbanu Madatali Jamal and (2) Zainul Madatali Jamal, the deceased’s mother and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jamal Karim Madatali Shivji alias Karim Madatali Jamal, who died at Homa Bay Town, on 15th December, 2017. E246 OF 2023 By Joseph Otieno Adongo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Adongo Ometho alias Adongo Ometho, who died at Kanyach Kachar, on 10th April, 2003.
