TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 40 OF 2023 By Emmanuel Sikuku Mabonga, of P.O. Box 4–30201, Endebess in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mabonga Walemo, who died at Twiga Farm, on 6th January, 1980. CAUSE NO. E71 OF 2023 By (1) Mary Nasambu Kilwake and (2) Tom Wekesa, both of P.O. Box 1537, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jephenea Kilwake Wanyama, who died at Kiminini Sub-location, on 11th June, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
