E76 OF 2022 By (1) Nasuju Lantei and (2) Noah Rrempeyian Lantei, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lantei ole Kemunyak, who died at Indupa Sub-location, on 6th February, 2011. CAUSE NO. E88 OF 2022 By Mary Kwamboka Ongaro, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joel Nyanguya Ongaro, who died at Franklin Township, on 1st January, 2017. CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2023 By (1) Claire Miyumo and (2) Awuor Matilda Omondi, the deceased’s widow and sister-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Wabomba Maina, who died along Nairobi–Namanga Road, on 22nd July, 2022. CAUSE NO. E35 OF 2023 By (1) Moses Koya Mutii and (2) James Meitamei ole Mutii, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Shokore ole Mutii, who died at Nkinyie, on 2nd November, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
