TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2023 By Joseph Munyao Kitili, of P.O. Box 40, Masii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kitili Ndavi, who died at Kionyweni, Mwala, on 19th August, 2011. CAUSE NO. E129 OF 2023 By (1) Rose Kasavi Kimeu and (2) Peter Mule Kimeu, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimeu Mue, who died at Kyangulumi Sub-location, on 8th May, 1981. 25th August, 2023 THE KENYA GAZETTE The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
