TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E146 OF 2022 By (1) Maingwa Makoma Mutie, (2) Kioko Maingwa and (3) Julius Mutie Maingwa, all of P.O. Box 36, Muumandu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Beatrice Ndutuu Maingwa alias Beatrice N. Maingwa, who died at Machakos Hospital in Kenya, on 26th March, 1992. CAUSE NO. E176 OF 2023 By (1) Winfred Njoki Kariuki and (2) Janet Wanjogu Kariuki, both of P.O. Box 150, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kariuki Munene Wambugu alias Kariuki Wambugu Munene, who died at Mjini, Machakos, on 26th July, 2000. CAUSE NO. E264 OF 2022 By (1) Martha Mwake Wambua and (2) Philip Muasa Mwake, both of P.O. Box 44, Masii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Mwake Wambua, who died at St. Mary’s Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd June, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
