Box, 21686–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jasan Thatu Muhuha, who died at Mununga, 8th July, 2018. CAUSE NO. E95 OF 2023 By Jane Wanjiru Kimani, of P.O. Box 2313–00621, Village Market in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tabitha Njugu Mwangi, who died at Githioro, on 27th October, 2007. CAUSE NO. E96 OF 2023 By (1) Monica Nyambura Thatu and (2) Zipporah Njoki Thatu, both of P.O. Box 21686–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nganga Kariuki alias Ng’ang’a Kariuki, who died at Mununga, on 8th July, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
