TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E193 OF 2023 By Stephen Kimani Mbugua, of P.O. Box 283–01000, Thika in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kamande Njuguna alias Joseph Kamande, who died at Mitero, on 5th February, 1993. CAUSE NO. E277 OF 2023 By Cecilia Wambui Nganga, of P.O. Box 61, Gatundu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mburu Nganga, who died at Gatundu Hospital in Kenya, on 20th July, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
