CAUSE NO. 251 OF 2023 By Florence Nasimiyu Khaemba, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaac Lwiki Wanyama, who died on 27th November, 2019. CAUSE NO. E255 OF 2023 By (1) Rose Naliaka Matere and (2) Welime Matere Tobias, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nathaniel Matere alias Matere Osundwa, who died at Mihuu Sub-location, on 8th January, 2000. CAUSE NO. E256 OF 2023 By John Wamalwa Nyongesa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyongesa Khaemba Sumuni, who died at Mateka, on 21st June, 2008.
