TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2023 By Vibian Jepkurui Bartenge, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Shadrack Kibet Bartenge, who died at Mercy Hospital in Kenya, on 18th December, 1998. CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2023 By Moses Kiplangat Katamei, of P.O. Box 8714, Eldoret in Kenya, for grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Katamei Chesang David, who died at Kapsaos, on 20th July, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
