TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 22 OF 2023 By Viola Jelagat, of P.O. Box 172, Lessos in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Kiprugut Korir, late of Olenguse Location, Wareng, who died at Kesses, on 24th December, 2016. CAUSE NO. 74 OF 2023 By (1) Hilda J. Chirchir and Belinda Kibias, both of P.O. Box 5926, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Kibias, late of Kipsomba Location, who died at Kapseret, on 15th February, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
