TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 25th August, 2023 CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2023 By (1) Michelle Olwero Eshutchi and (2) Richard Litunya Eshutchi, both of P.O. Box 45562–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of probate of written will testate to the estate of David Anthony Eshutchi, who died at Mombasa Hospital in Kenya, on 25th September, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
