REGISTRATION

NOTICE is issued in pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the Laws of Kenya to the owner 25th August, 2023 THE KENYA GAZETTE of Vehicle Registration No. KBA785Y to collect the said motor vehicle from Third Motors, along Waiyaki Way, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice and upon payment of all outstanding storage charges, plus costs of publishing this notice and any other loss incurred, failure to which the said motor vehicle shall be disposed off by way of public Auction or Private Treaty and the proceeds of sale shall be defrayed against any further accrued storage charges. Balance if any shall remain at the owner’s credit, should the owner fail to take deliver within the stipulated period as herein above stated. Dated the 23rd August, 2023. MOSES M.
