THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Wakumu Njuguna alias Wakiumu Njuguna (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in the district of Nakuru, known as Nakuru/Rare/Bagaria/443, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nakuru in Succession Cause No. E321 of 2022, has issued grant in favour of (1) Hannah Wangari Kiumu and (2) Grishon Njunguna Wangare, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of LRA. 50, and whereas the land title deed in respect of Wakumu Njuguna alias Wakiumu Njuguna (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission LRA 50 in the name of (1) Hannah Wangari Kiumu and (2) Grishon Njunguna Wangare, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Wakumu Njuguna alias Wakiumu Njuguna (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
