REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mercilands Limited, of P.O. Box 71169–00610, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in absolute 3652 3652 ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Portion No. 13325, Malindi, situate in Malindi Municipality in Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 47394/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under provisions of section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
