THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Magdalene Mbeneka Kivondo, of P.O. Box 1587– 80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land known as Plot No. 5025/162, Kilifi, situate in south of Takaungu in Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 56845/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under provisions of section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
