TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 5 OF 2023 By Shamsah Alibhoy Mahomed, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abdulmohamed Allibhoy Mahomed, who died on 29th December, 2017. CAUSE No. 6 OF 2023 By Fatmabai Sunderji, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Motibai Ebrahim Sunderji, who died at Township, on 23rd May, 1972. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
