TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAusE No. E111 OF 2022 By Mohamed Tahar Samiullah, of P.O. Box 40355-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mohamed Aslam Samiullah, who died at Nairobi, on 10th March, 2014. CAUSE No. E40 OF 2023 By (1) Abuda Ali and (2) Abdulhakim Abeid Khamis, the deceased's daughter and greatgrandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwanaidi Mnyeheri alias Mwanaida Binti Nyaheri alias Mwandida Binti Nyaheri, who died at Embu, on 14th March, 1968. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
