TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E12 OF 2018 By (1) Inca Wabule Mutebo, (2) Reuben Wabule Barasa, (3) Nambo Wekesa wefwala and (4) Divas Waliaula Mauka, all of P.O. Box, 25, Sirisia in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Luka Mutebo Wabule alias Luka Muteso, who died at Sirisia, North Kulisiru, on 12th December, 1985. CAUSE No. E12 OF 2023 By Harry Fwamba Samali, of P.O. Box 1419, Bungoma in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benjamin Samali Munyelele alias Benjamin Samari, who died at County Referral Hospital, Bungoma in Kenya, on 27th July, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
