TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. 284 OF 2023 By Francis Makanga Malianga, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Malionga Silibwa, who died at Emurembe Sub-location, on 31st July, 2011. CAUSE No. E295 OF 2022 By Florence Vuguza Ayiro, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esinas Asigo Ayiro, who died at Solongo Sub-location, on 15th December, 2021. CAUSE No. 357 OF 2022 By (1) Jackson Kirima Olembo and (2) Elijah Kidiavai Olembo, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benjamin Olembo Chilima alias Benjamin Olembo, who died at Kakamega Hospital in Kenya, on 15th February, 1988. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
