TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. El 37 OF 2023 By (1) Jane Ndiga Gitende and (2) Rosemary Mwendia Gitende, both of P.O. Box 226, Ishiara in Kenya, the deceased's mother and aunt, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Justus Ngari Gitende, who died at Embu Provincial Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd August, 2019. CAUSE No. E150 OF 2023 By Laurenzio Nyaga Njoka, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Salesio Njoka Nthuni, who died at Kathera Sub-location, on 17th March, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
