TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E72 OF 2022 By James Kipkoech Cheruiyot, of P.O. Box 83-20402, Longisa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkirui Peter Cheruiyot, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 12th December, 2020. CAUSE No. Ell OF 2023 By (1) Elizabet Chemutai Terer and (2) Juliana Cherono Terer, both of P.O. Box 51, Longisa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiproto arap Terer, who died at Kapliyo, on 21st April, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
