TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E6 OF 2023 By Kenedy Omondi Nyangayo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Apollo Nyangayo Muonjo, who died at News Sub-location, on 20th June, 2005. CAUSE No. E16 OF 2023 By Dolorosa Akech Okuma, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Okuma Adera alias Okuma Adera, who died on 4th October, 1987. CAUSE No. E20 OF 2023 By Paul Osozi Owiyo, the deceased's nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Adem Omemo, who died at North Kapuonja, on 14th April, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in, the Kenya Gazette.
