TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAusE No. 220 OF 2023 By Jenipher Olima Okwaro, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administrkion intestate to the estate of Okwako Musabwa alias Okwako Musumba, who died at District Hospital, Kisumu in Kenya, on 7th September, 2007. CAUSE No. 310 OF 2023 By Patrick Ombisa Siva, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Vincent Kezegi Siva alias Jonathan Vincent Siva who died at Chambiti Sub-location, on 3rd May, 2015. CAUSE No. 319 OF 2023 By (1) Aicha Amele Ombuya and (2) John Zebede Akunda, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jesca Awinja Ambuyo, who died at Ebukhunza Sub-location, on 19th July, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
