TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E7 OF 2023 By (1) Nasei Annette Kipruti and (2) Lemeria Mathew Kiruti, both of P.O. Box 78-00208, Ngong in Kenya, the deceased's widow and brother-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nick Kuru Onduru, who died at Mater Hospital in Kenya, on 5th October, 2021. CAUSE No. E51 OF 2023 By (1) George Ndambuki Keli and (2) Miriam Nthule Kiteme, both of P.O. Box 72122-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hannah Ndunge Ndambuki alias Hannah Ndunge Keli Ndambuki, who died at Olepolos Sub-location, on 15th November, 2021. CAUSE No. E58 OF 2023 By (1) Gilbert Maina Githae, (2) Priscilla Mwihaki Mburu, and (3) Abigail Wachera Githae, all of P.O. Box 1808, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Githae Karuri alias Stephen Githae, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 19th January, 1999. CAUSE No. E63 OF 2023 By (1) Jacinth. Mwihaki Kibugi and (2) Daniel Mburu Kibugi, both of P.O. Box 78-00208, Ngong Hills in Kenya, the deceased's daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Knaomi Wangari Gilciru, who died at Upper Matasia, on 8th June, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
