TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. El6 OF 2023 By (1) Francis Kirorio Ng'ang'u and (2) Esther Wanjiru Njoroge, both of P.O. Box 213-20301, Miharati in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngangu Lenanu alias James Ngangu Lenanu, who died at Githioro Sub-location, on 23rd February, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days front the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
