CAUSE NO. El9 OF 2023 By Sammy Mwanzia, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agnes Kanini Mwanzia, who died at Mwangea, on 20th August, 2010. CAUSE No. E20 OF 2023 By (1) Maggie Mwawasi Mwawuganga and (2) Tabitha Mawondo Mwawasi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Arthur Mwawasi Elijah Alias Arthur Mawasi Elijah Alias Arthur Mwawasi Elija, who died at Kaloleni, on 7th January, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
