TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court CAUSE No. 233 OF 2023 By (I) Zachary Ndemo Riogi and (2) Rose Moraa Riogi, both of P.O. Box 590-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kerubo Riogi. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
