TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. 21 OF 2023 By ( 1 ) Joseph Esiron and (2) Joseph Naumo Lhumari, both of P.O. Box 1746, Chematich in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lokulkul Lomeyo, who died at Kolongolo, on 17th July, 1986. CAUSE No. 55 OF 2023 By (I) Eliud Wangenye Kaniaru and (2) Jim Mbariah Kaniaru, both of P.O. Box 244-30202, Moi's Bridge in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hirum Maina Kaniaru, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 10th June, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
