TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. 199 OF 2021 By Simon Wabomba Makanda, of P.O. Box 105, Kipsaina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Makanda Mululu, who died at Sinyerere, on 13th November, 2001. CAUSE No. E44 OF 2023 By (1) Esta Waithera Kamau, of P.O. Box 8604-00100, Nairobi in Kenya and (2) Dorothy Wanjiku Attema, of De Nijverheid 29A, Post Code 9207 DG, Drachten, Netherlands, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kamau Munjiru, who died at Musemwa Sub-location, on 19th November, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
