TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. 93 OF 2022 By Margaret Nyapidi Adome, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Oduli Adome, who died at Okame, Amagoro, on 27th August, 2021. CAUSE No. E5 OF 2023 By Jane Kavata Kamonde, the deceased's mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ann Nthambi Kamonde, who died at Kajiado County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 7th July, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
