Box 513, Machakos in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muasya Kikwa Kiminyo, who died at Mbee, on 31st July, 2003. CAUSE NO. 99 OF 2020 By Samson Mutisya Ndunda, of P.O. Box 85-90100, Machakos in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kieti Itatu, who died at Kola in 1980. CAUSE No. E356 OF 2021 By Nicholas Mutinda Mulei, of P.O. Box 3-90103, Yathui in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nzumbi Nzusu alias Nzumbi Nzusyo, who died at Machakos Hospital in Kenya, on 17th November, 1975. CAUSE No. E120 OF 2022 By Francis Maithya Mbindya, of P.O. Box 1-90104, Mitaboni in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbindya Kiia, who died at Mitaboni, on 23rd August, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
