TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E110 OF 2023 By Moses Maina Joel Kimongo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bernard Irungu alias Bernard Irungu Kimongo, who died at Eastleigh, n 1st September, 2011. CAUSE No. E208 OF 2023 By Francis Irungu Kangethe, of P.O. Box 214, Kahuro in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kangethe Karuru, who died at Kiria, on 28th July, 1996. CAUSE No. E260 OF 2023 By Silas Irungu Thuita, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Thuita R. Kamonde alias Wilson Thuita Reuben Kamonde, who died at Kiairathe, on 12th June, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
