TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court CAUSE No. E83 OF 2023 By (1) Nancy Wangari Kamau and (2) Nicolas Muriuki Kamau, both of P.O. Box 6317-01000, Thika in Kenya, through Messrs. Wanyoike & Macharia Co., advocates of Kalimoni, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lawrence Kamau Mutahi, who died at Kenyatta Univesity Teaching Refferal and Research Hospital in Kenya, on 1st September, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
