TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 220 OF 2018 By Gaitano Omolo Okwalo, the executor named in the deceased's will, for a grant of probate annexed to the deceased's will, who died at Kitinda in 2001. CAUSE No. 28 OF 2023 By Martin Wanyama, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mukhwana Wefwafwa, who died at Nangwe, on 15th June, 1999. CAUSE No. 64 OF 2023 By (1) Mary Consolata Osyanju and (2) Edelqueen Osyanju, both of P.O. Box 335-00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Felix Charlie Osyanju, who died at Tuuti, on 19th December, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
