CAUSE No. E102 OF 2023 By (1) Gladys Nabwoba Bernard, (2) Roselyne Namalwa Wamalwa and (3) Anthonina Nekesa Matakili, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bernard Wamlawa, who died at County Referral Hospital, Bungoma in Kenya, on 25th July, 2022. CAUSE No. E111 OF 2023 By Jacklyne Taak Gero, the executrix named in the deceased's last will, for a grant of probate with will annexed to the estate of Wycliffe Wamalwa Barasa, who died at Mission Mercy Hospital in Kenya, on 24th January, 2021. CAUSE No. 227 OF 2023 By Moses Kere Masika, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Masika Lubakaya, who died at Namirembe on 26th July, 2022. CAUSE No. 234 OF 2023 By John Wanyama Buchivino, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Yohana Wangamati Wawera alias Yohan Wangamat Walela, who died at Motosiet Sub-location, on 5th September, 2018.
