Box 90473-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's granddaughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shirish Chotabhai Patel alias Shirishbhai Chhotabhai Patel alias Patel Sheerish Chandra Chhotabhai alias Patel Sheerishchandra C. alias Patel Shirischandra Chhotabhai, who died in Gujarat, India, on 27th October, 2002. CAUSE No. E121 OF 2023 By (1) Roberta Dal Din and (2) Alberto Pierobon, both of Caerano Di San Marco (Treviso) via Marco Polo 22/3, Italy, the deceased's daughter and son-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dal Din Giovanni alias Giovanni Dal Din, who died in Treviso, Italy, on 14th May, 2017. 11th August, 2023 CAUSE No. E123 OF 2023 By (1) Rosemary Achieng Ambajo and (2) Seline Auma, both of P.O. Box 9, Ukwala in Kenya, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Oyugi Onyango, who died at Matibabu Foundation, on 10th April, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
