TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E2 OF 2023 By (1) Kepha Mainye Ongiri and (2) Jameson Ongiri, both of P.O. Box 799-00208, Ngong Hills in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ongiri Mainye, who died on 5th January, 2017. CAusE No. E6 OF 2023 By (1) Monica Nyaboke Atieno and (2) Robert Liston Oman Otieno, both of P.O. Box 2461 40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alfayo Otieno Motari alias Alfayo Otieno alias Mr. Arubano Otieno, who died on 2nd October, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
