TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. E 10 OF 2023 By (1) Peter Kipkemoi Chebosseh and (2) Joseph Kipkorir Chebose, both of P.O. Box 119, Sotik in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Taptulamat w/o Katam alias Taptulmat Chebii Katam, who died at Kaplong Hospital in Kenya, on 14th August, 2019. CAUSE No. El I OF 2023 By (I) Reuben Kipyegon Cheruiyot and (2) Shadrack Kiplangat Cheruiyot, both of P.O. Box 123, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Cheruiyot Ruto alias Mabengo Cheruiyot Rutoh, who died at Motigo, on 18th December, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
