Box 52619-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gakuya Gakere, who died on 18th July, 2005. CAUSE No. 13 OF 2023 By (1) Samuel Irungu Wamae and (2) George Wamae Muriithi, both of P.O. Box 68, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lydiah Nyaguthii Wamai, who died on 13th March, 2023. CAUSE No. E3 OF 2023 By (I) Rehema Idd and (2) Asha Wangechi Idi Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 1252, Embu in Kenya, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Idi Mwangi Ali, who died at Majimbo, on 7th December, 2012. CAUSE No. E9 OF 2023 By Samuel Muchoki Wachira, of P.O. Box 3, Embu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Wachira Gathagu, who died at Itabua, on 9th April, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
