TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court CAUSE No. E86 OF 2023 By (1) Beatrice Wanjiru Muturi, (2) Edward Kaniaru Muturi and (3) John Karanja Muturi, all of P.O. Box IS, Rongai in Kenya, the deceased's daughter and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Muturi Kaniaru, who died at Thika Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on Ilth September, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
