COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

PURSUANT to the provisions of section 49 (1) of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, 2019, notice is given that preparation of the above-mentioned plans was on 18th May, 2021, completed The development plans relate to the land situated in Kajiado South within Kajiado County. Copies of the plans, panning briefs and EIA /ESEA reports have been deposited for public inspection at the office of Kajiado County Director of Physical Planning located in Kajiado Town, Loitotok Sub- County Headquarters and the County Commissioner’s office Kajiado. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge (by all the interested persons) at the above-mentioned address between the hours of 0800 and 1700. Any interested person(s) who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above development plans may send such representations in writing to be received by the County Director, Physical Planning, P.O. Box 11–01100, Kajiado, within thirty (30) days of this notice and any such representation or objection shall state the ground on which it is made. Dated the 25th July, 2023.
