REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mary Wamaitha Sullivan (ID/7276740), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 1.360 hectares or thereabout, known as Sipili/Donyoloip Block 2/1353, situate in the district of Laikipia and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) in respect of the said piece of land has been lost/misplaced and efforts made to locate it have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall proceed and reconstruct the lost green card as provided under the Act provided that no objection has been received within that period.
